Roland has 14 years of professional experience in Information Technology with 10 years concentration on creative Office Automation solutions. His knowledge and experience formed the foundation from which he took that leap of faith to found ibota.

Alen Swartz
Senior Network Administrator
Alen has over 8 years of professional experience working with computer and networks. He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, then worked several years on the IT staff of a leading Silicon Vally-based commercial bank. Alen's outstanding customer service skills and diverse knowledge of computers, networks, and programming give him a broad base from which to provide excellent service.
